  • Pending - We are waiting for the store to approve your transaction so that we can credit the Qantas Points to you for your order, or the eligible parts of your order. The time it takes for a store to approve a transaction depends on how long that store allows for returns or exchanges. Most stores approve transactions within 60 days of purchase, but some may take up to 150 days.
  • Declined - The store has informed us that this order (or part of your order), is not eligible to earn Qantas Points. It may not be eligible because you have purchased a non-eligible product, such as a Gift Card, or because you have returned or cancelled a product. About Shopping History

Most stores approve transactions within 60 days of purchase, but some have a returns policy of up to 150 days, which must pass before they will approve the transaction for the purposes of crediting Qantas Points.
